Sometimes, I wake up and don't want to get out of bed. Those days, I make myself smile before I even open my eyes. I'm lucky enough to see the mountains and the sunrise from my bed on a good morning, so I take a minute to be thankful for that. It can make a huge difference. On other days, I feel like a rockstar because I'm just killin' it! Good point about surrounding yourself with positive people.
