We’re nearing the top ““ the highest level of anabolic energy! As we near the top, leadership becomes a part of the body and of the mind.
As we’ve moved from Energy Level 1 (http://www.actsofbalance.com/2010/05/14/whos-the-victim/) we can see the power of anabolic, or positive energy. At the sixth level, the level of joy, wisdom is the end result.
These people are amazing. Leaders with this kind of energy often are very empathetic. Imagine working for a person who is always understanding and sensitive to every person’s individual situation. It can be with a co-worker or a client. And in the PR world this energy is priceless. These leaders have a keen ability to hear between the lines, to know what is going on without being told.
Let’s go back to a leader who is operating at say ! Energy Level 4 (http://www.actsofbalance.com/2010/05/31/the-compassionate-leader-my-door-is-always-open/). While on the outside they can sometimes appears are being sincere in their empathy, they can get caught up in the office drama. On the other hand, a Level 6 leader who is truly focused on connecting with others without judgment will work through the office drama to find the real cause and fix it. They truly have an understanding of the world around them, and keen insight.
