Dynamic Team Coaching
In the Team Coaching system, Acts of Balance works with groups and teams of two or more to ensure that the goals are in alignment and that communications are clear. So often, teams are operating from a place of distrust and secrecy. Through coaching, which generally happens in person, mutual goals are clarified, processes are identified and team members are held accountable for results.
Through the process, the underlying issues, which often get in the way of team success are identified and worked through. Teams often experience a renewed sense of purpose and commitment.
